After completing her university education, Macun started her legal internship at Akar & Sargın Law Firm, one of the most respected law firms of Sakarya. Macun, who provided legal consultancy to companies during her internship, had the opportunity to develop herself in the fields of labor law and private law. Continuing to work at Akar & Sargın Law Firm after her internship, Macun gained extensive experience in business and private law by providing legal consultancy to companies.  She has also provided advice on employment issues, including restructuring companies and their impact on employment issues, acquisitions of employees and employers during mergers and acquisitions or closing projects, employment issues, investment decisions, mass layoffs and other related matters. Continuing her career at Macun & Durgut Law and Consulting, where she serves as a founding partner, Macun operates in the fields of Citizenship Law, Family Law, Labor and Enforcement Law.
